The final event of the Retic Project will take place in Lucca on 6th June 2019. The project envisages the creation of a cross-border network called “RETIC” among specialists in pre-incubation and incubation services (including post-incubation services) of new ICT firms applied to the nautical, tourism and energy. The event will present the methodological approaches and Lean Manufacturing tools that should be adopted within companies belonging to the so-called Machinery Building Industries (producers of machinery and industrial plants).
