The event will present the methodological approaches and Lean Manufacturing tools that should be adopted within companies belonging to the so-called Machinery Building Industries (producers of machinery and industrial plants).

In parallel to the techniques of redesign and reorganization of the factory in “lean” logic, aspects related to planning and scheduling of activities (mainly manual assembly) required by this type of production will be presented; as well as techniques for synchronizing the logistics flows of materials, both inside the factory, and from external suppliers.

The event is organized by the Quinn Consortium and will be held in Italian.
